HOW LONG WILL "DESIGN YOUR OWN" JEWELRY TAKE TO MAKE?
Once you place your order with your custom design, please expect 2 weeks for your order to be made before being shipped out to you!
what is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for all finished pieces.
Please reach out to us first before sending anything back.
- For custom, Design your Own Jewelry, all sales are final.

can I book you for an event?
YES! Live events are the most fun because everyone can design their pieces in person and we weld everything on-site!

what type of metals do you use?
We exclusively use sterling silver or 14k gold fill!
I personally don't want to wear jewelry that will look crappy after three weeks or turns my skin green, so all of our pieces are either sterling silver or 14k gold fill only.
You will never see any plated metal pieces - even on our charms!
If you would like something made in real, 14k gold, please reach out for a custom piece.
i designed jewelry for a friend, but it doesn't fit...
All custom orders are final sale due to the nature of a custom orders,
BUT, REACH OUT TO US :) There are plenty of ways to fix or resize a piece and we want your gift to fit!
can i order a piece in real 14k gold?

A lot of our charms are dainty and cute!
Please ALWAYS check the photos of them on model or look at the sizing details in the description. We always want to be transparent so you know exactly what you are ordering!
